Our Post-Term Pregnancy online course starts tomorrow!

Induction rates are rising everywhere, and midwives, birth workers and others are concerned. So I’m delighted that, tomorrow, I will be welcoming a new group of participants from around the world to our first online course of 2019, Post-term pregnancy: exploring evidence, inspiring confidence. It’s an opportunity to build confidence with the evidence in this area and to share strategies for helping women who have reached ‘post-term’ to weigh up whether induction is the right decision for them

This is one of our full-sized professional development online courses for midwives and birth folk and we’re excited to be welcoming participants from many different countries and areas. So if you’re signed up and raring to go, then keep an eye on your email inbox as you’ll automatically be sent a link as soon as the course opens. And I’ll be online with you, from Friday morning (with tea at the ready) to chat to you in the course!

If you’re thinking of joining us and haven’t signed up yet, then you can do so anytime until the end of the first day of the course, Friday 1st March. We will be closing registration at the end of the first day so that everyone can make the most of the facilitated week, where I will be chatting with you personally in the course.

We don’t have any plans to run this course again in 2019, . Normally, I say to not worry if the dates don’t work for you, because we are likely to run it (and our other courses) again in the Autumn (or Spring down under), but this particular course has run a few times so we are just running it once a year now.

The best way to make sure you get updated when we have new course dates is to jump on our newsletter list, which will also ensure you get Sara’s free, monthly Birth Information Update.

If you have any questions, then we’ve got a page which tells you everything you could possibly want to know about the course. We’re really looking forward to seeing you there!
