We are delighted to announce that we will be running all three of our exising online courses during April and May 2018 as well as launching our brand-new online course, Gathering in the Knowledge, which will run from May 4-11, 2018. One of my most popular live workshops, this is a week of online learning, discussion and reflection which will help update you on new birth-related research and thinking from the past year. You’ll feel refreshed, inspired and full of information and ideas to use in your practice and share with women and families. And, as with all our courses, you’ll get a further two weeks of catch-up time after the main week of the course.
We’ll also be offering our other three courses, which have now welcomed and helped hundreds of midwives and birth folk from more than twenty countries. We’ll run Post-term pregnancy: exploring evidence, inspiring confidence from April 6-13 (now full, sorry), Vitamin K and the Newborn from April 20-27 and Group B Strep Explored from May 18-25.
Our online courses are designed for midwives and birth folk. They are in-depth, comprehensive and full of women-centred people who want to make a difference. They are facilitated by Dr Sara Wickham, a midwife, author, speaker and researcher who has twenty-five years of experience and a passion for helping others to learn and to think critically about evidence, research and birth-related knowledge.
This is not e-learning! All of these courses include 12 hours worth of video, audio, written and interactive content, a week of facilitated learning (with time to catch up afterwards if you need it) and a live webinar during which Sara will chat with you about course-related topics and answer your questions. We look forward to chatting to you and helping you stay up to date! Click on any of the links to find out more or to book your place.
